With November, comes a lot of stuff! I haven't updated since mid October so let me just blabber about the end of it for a minute. Halloween was wonderful, my son Lew got to go trick or treating for the first time. Even though rain was pouring down on us, Lew was determined. He was having such a good time running from house to house, ringing doorbells and yelling 'Trick or treat!' Through all of this though, he didn't forget his manners. He would say 'thank you' after ever treat, and 'have a good night!' when we would start to head down the steps. After two hours of sloshing around in our rain gear we decided to go home and check out our candy hoard. It was an amazing day, I hope it's not raining next year. November starts off slow. There's not that much to do in the begininng of the month. As it goes on however, it gains more steam. My husband's birthday is on the 12th, and mine comes just 9 days later on the 21st, (I know crazy right?) and there's always thanksgiving. Which is a struggle on its own. Every holiday season is a race to get to get the invitations out to reserve spots at the annual celebration. I love holidays, I love seeing my family. I've been trying to craft a lot of things to give as gifts this year, so far I have some glass ornaments that I painted, then had Lew help me by painting his finger white and making little snowmen on them. :) We also did brown for reindeer, and assorted colors to make strings of lights. They are turning out so cute, I'll have to update this with some pictures later.
